This online store has got the Lumia 920 in stock and selling at Rs. 36499, promising delivery in 3-5 business day. While they have Lumia 820 at Rs. 26499 . I have personally never used this online store before. Price, however, looks good compared to what other online stores have got with their coming soon tags.
If you want to order one, head to http://www.saholic.com
What do you think about the price? IMO, it bit overpriced. Should have near 33k.
Regarding the date of launch, they the guy said, Lumia 820 and 920 will be launched on 1st week of the January and lowend Lumia 620 will be launched on the 4th week of the Jan. They have no details of the expected price but local stores of Pune are expecting it to be priced between Rs. 30k to Rs35k. It will be a great hit if they can price it near Rs. 30k.
As we already know that Lumia 920 does not support the TD-LTE band, which is being used in India, I asked him if 4G wont be available in India. He said, Indian launch will also ne followed by a software update which will enable the TD-LTE band. According to him, update will be rolled out as soon as the launch happens.
So are you getting one? Which one? 🙂
Nokia Lumia 920 & 820 are about to be launched in major markets and many online stores have already listed them as “Coming Soon”.
@SirajSoft shared a screen of html meta from a online store http://www.saholic.com and it captured my attention with price in meta description.
Though they have listed the device price as Coming Soon at Lumia 920 & 820 product page, they have included price in meta description. Price for Lumia 920 is Rs. 24999 ($465.5) and for 820, it is Rs. 19999 ($372). They are quite unbelievable as they launched Lumia 800 at Rs. 29,000. It may be just their SEO tricks to gain attention.
Whatever, but even if price fall even near them, it will be a big hit! Lumia 920 and 820 should be launched in India this month as confirmed by Nokia, however no announcements on date or price.
*finger crossed* 😉
Thanks @SirajSoft for sharing the tip. 🙂
Nokia just announced on it’s official blog, Nokia Conversation , one of the most innovative smartphone ever, Lumia 920 is coming to US on AT & T in November. Lumia 820 will also be available at the same time.

People were confused whether there will be a Cyan Lumia 920. Well, Nokia finally announced that Cyan color will also be available.
Quoting them about accessories:
The new Lumia phones will be joined by a plethora of accessories such as the Nokia Wireless Charging Pad and Wireless Charging Stand, as well as the JBL PowerUp Wireless Charging Speaker.
Well, nice to see not much delay. There is no word about pricing yet. Let’s see how reasonable they turn out to be.
Are you excited? Are you going to get one? Which color is your favorite? Let us know, either in comment or @NokiaTips 😀
No doubt, HTC was known for it’s nice unique design, but it seems they are running out of new desing idea. 😉 HTC announced their first WP8 which includes 8X too.
Close enough, huh? It’s not the WP8 that is giving similar look but it’s design of device too which makes it look similar to Lumia polycarbonate design. http://www.pc-tablet.com/ ‘s source reported that Nokia is planning to sue HTC for using its patented design. Their source said,
The reports are saying Nokia is preparing to get HTC 8X banned in various parts of the world from going on sale when it will launch in November. Nokia has said in reports that the front-face of HTC 8X looks identically same as of the Lumia 820 followed by side-curves of the phone body.
Ultimately, it will be tough for HTC go with launch of it’s new, first WP8 devices in the market.
